This is a lot more than your standard recipe book. It features advice on hydration, sleep, lifestyle choices, goal setting and keeping motivated among other things. The recipes themselves are fairly simple, mostly with 6-10 ingredients, but are made interesting by the use of herbs and spices. You certainly do not need to be a qualified chef to attempt any of them. The recipes come from many different cuisines around the world,


The majority of the meat dishes have a vegetarian substitute at the bottom of the page. The food photography is very good.


The training plan features many simple exercises that work most of the muscles in the body. You will need a pair of dumbbells if you plan to attempt all of them.
